WASHINGTON, D.C. (9/10/08) - Hyde Park Communications, a strategic public affairs firm, announced today the hiring of Gwen Gordon as an Account Executive in the firm's Washington, DC office.
Gordon will work with the firm's health care clients as well as on public affairs assignments.

Previously Gordon was at the American Academy of Physician Assistants, where she was an advocate for the physician assistant profession and researched medical reimbursement and practice financing issues. Gordon's experience also includes developing media strategy for Jim Pederson's 2006 U.S. Senate campaign in Arizona.
A native Californian, Gordon received her B.A. in Government from Claremont McKenna College and is currently pursuing an advanced degree with an emphasis in health care policy at the George Washington University.
