WASHINGTON - Hyde Park Communications, a strategic public affairs firm, announced today that Erin Utzinger has been promoted to senior account executive. Utzinger helps develop, manage and implement strategic communications and media relations programs on health care and public policy issues.

Ms. Utzinger served as deputy press secretary to U.S. Senator Mark Dayton (D-MN), where she was responsible for communications efforts related to public policy, constituent outreach and media relations, and Web site development.
A native of East Grand Forks, Minn., Ms. Utzinger is a graduate of the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn., with a B.A. in political science.
