New York, NY (3/6/06)— Fred Bratman, president of Hyde Park Financial Communications, will speak at the fifth National Directors Institute conference, held annually by Foley and Lardner LLP on March 9, 2005 in Chicago. Bratman will participate in the roundtable discussion, "Governance, Compliance and the Changing Face of Investor Relations." The roundtable will cover how public companies have addressed Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, what kinds of questions still remain, and the futur of the regulations in light of recent calls for adjustment of them. Mr. Bratman will discuss how these reporting requirements have affected public companies' investor relations activities.

The National Directors Institute, an ISS accredited boardroom education program, focuses on providing practical advice and guidance to public, private and non-profit companies on best practices for complying with corporate governance requirements.This year’s sponsors and participants include Deloitte & Touche, UBS, R.R. Donnelley, Chicago Chamber of Commerce, Boardroom Bound and the Directors Council. The former chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, William H. Donaldson, will be keynote speaker.
